Policies and Payment

There is a 24 Hour Cancellation Policy.  Please notify Heather within 24 hours of your session time if you need to cancel.  (Text or call 360-899-5518.)  You will receive notification confirming your session is cancelled.  If cancellation is not received within 24 hours of the scheduled session time, session charges apply.

Payment for sessions can be made by check or credit card.  If paying by check, you will receive an email confirming your session with the mailing address for your check payment. Or if you would like to pay by credit card, a PayPal payment link or Square invoice link will be included in an email confirming your session.  (Please let Heather know if you have a preference of using PayPal or Square for processing your credit card.)
